The Brief
Vibrant was created to simplify the process of turning personal photos into stylish, print-ready wall frames. The platform needed to support photo uploads, offer a range of predefined frame sizes and styles, and allow customers to choose from beautifully designed templates that enhance their photos. Real-time previews and a hassle-free ordering experience were key to making the service both accessible and delightful.
The Challenge
The core challenge was to design a platform that balances creativity with ease of use. Users needed the ability to upload one or more photos, explore frame and template options, and see a live preview of the final product. Technically, the platform had to handle photo rendering inside templates, maintain high-resolution output for printing, and manage a seamless flow from design to delivery.
The Solution
A clean and responsive web interface was developed where users can upload their images, apply professionally designed templates (such as couple frames, collage styles, and occasion-based designs), and choose the best frame style and size. The editor was built to dynamically fit images into the chosen templates with editable text fields when needed. The backend automated the generation of print-ready files, and an admin dashboard allowed easy management of templates and orders.
